Trieste Early Jazz Orchestra<\/strong>, with the support of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Regione, presents:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Genius of Gershwin \u2013 from Broadway to Rhapsody in Blue<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the first part some of the most beautiful songs of his musicals, interpreted by Paolo Venier<\/strong>, suave-voiced crooner of vast experience, will be presented. The second part is dedicated to the Rhapsody, in its original 1924 arrangement revisited by Tom Hmeljak<\/strong>, composer from Trieste. Giulio Scaramella<\/strong>, a young multi-award winning pianist of classical training from Gorizia \u2013 who has a beautiful touch \u2013 is the soloist on the piano. Petar Mato\u0161evi\u0107<\/strong>, a young new graduate in conducting from Trieste\u2019s G. Tartini Conservatory of Music, with considerable experience behind him already, will be directing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
